TBILISI, GEORGIA / QUICK PORTFOLIO

Giorgi
Eradze.

Technical Director at Layout

Engineering systems.
Connecting people.
Building better ways to work.

My work brings together MEP engineering and design management, team leadership, and practical uses of AI and digital tools.

01 / ENGINEERING

The complete
MEP picture.

Electrical and ELV specialisms within a broader understanding of building services and coordinated MEP delivery.

Systems

  • Electrical
  • ELV
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Fire protection
  • BMS

Across building types

Warehouses, data centres, factories, commercial, residential, hospitality and other building types.

Good coordination connects the technical details with the people responsible for the next decision.

NEW IN STUDIO V4

Step inside an office, warehouse, data centre or hotel. Use the engineering lens to section the architecture and follow connected services. In the hotel, distinguish guestroom fan-coil recirculation, outdoor air, bathroom extract and the wet core.

Investigate restricted airflow, a served AHU supply loss, conflicting controls or obstructed maintenance access. Compare the evidence, agree technical ownership and delivery trade-offs at the project wall, then carry actions into the digital lab. Sourced review notes explain the engineering interfaces.

The models, interiors and engineering challenges are illustrative learning experiences, not design calculations or operating instructions. Real project case studies will be added separately.

How I lead

When a team knows the way forward, I give them ownership. When the challenge is unfamiliar, I work alongside them. I move between the dance floor and the balcony: joining the work, then stepping back to see the wider pattern, strengthen coordination and offer support.

Tools I work with

  • Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • MagiCAD
  • Navisworks
  • DIALux
  • Bluebeam
  • MS Project
  • Procore

03 / DIGITAL WORK

Make the work
work better.

Engineering experience also informs how I approach software, AI implementation and repeatable workflows.

LAYOUT OS IN TESTING

A workspace for engineering teams.

An internal platform I’m developing around project coordination, resource planning, team development and financial planning, with AI assistance in selected processes.

WORKING AUTOMATION

From notes to owned actions.

Try a practical notes-to-action-register tool. Structure sample meeting notes, review the tasks and export an editable register.

Try the working demo

The portfolio demonstration runs separately from LAYOUT OS. It is not a live connection to the internal platform.
